My heart is vibrant and alive

it beats with a ferocious strenght

not fast, but hard, alively

it has much to tell apparently

it has a deep longing to share and to share

to embrace someone and to give

time, energy

give itself away

to give it self away by becoming the arena for you to exist

for you to thrive

to have all that you wish to have

and to feel loved.

My heart has an intense need to grow

to expand into the stars

to embrace all of this world

to look everything in the eye and say:

yes, please come, you are of great value, and I’ve longed deeply for you.

This feeling fills my body whole

makes it feel heavy and light

makes it tingle and sparkle

its this feeling of extraordinary depth

what can i say to you to make you understand?

i’ll tell you things,

compliments, things i like about you,

ill try to tell you how i feel, what ive been thinking,

what i wish the future to be like, how much i’d like you to be in it

but each time i will come to a stop and realize that my efforts are in vain

i couldnt possibly make you understand

withouth having you in my arms

so im left with a smile and the phrase:
